01 / OUR SERVICES

Wherever you are today,
let's plan what comes next.

Starting fresh, bringing family closer, or navigating a difficult situation — your circumstances shape our approach.

01 / SETTLE

Permanent residence

Explore Express Entry, RCIP, FCIP, PNPs, AIP, family sponsorship, entrepreneur and business pathways.

Explore this service

We review your work history, education, language results and goals to identify pathways worth exploring. Program availability, invitations and eligibility vary.

Explore all PR categories
02 / WORK

Work permits & LMIA

Guidance for employer-specific permits, eligible open work permits, extensions and employer LMIA needs.

Explore this service

We assess the appropriate permit route and supporting documentation. Open work permits have specific eligibility requirements; an LMIA is an employer process and does not itself authorize work.

Discuss your work options
03 / STUDY

Study in Canada

Build a considered study permit application, review an extension or understand your post-graduation options.

Explore this service

We help you review your study purpose, school documents, finances and immigration history. Study permit and post-graduation work permit eligibility must be assessed separately.

Plan your study journey
04 / REUNITE

Family & spouse applications

Support for family sponsorship and eligible spouse or common-law partner work permit applications.

Explore this service

Permanent residence sponsorship and temporary spouse work permits are different processes. We review the relevant eligibility and help organize relationship evidence and required documents.

Discuss your family situation
05 / VISIT

Visitor visas & extensions

Prepare for a visit, explore super visa requirements or review options to extend your stay as a visitor.

Explore this service

A visitor visa is a travel document; a visitor record concerns your authorized stay in Canada. We review your purpose, finances, ties and status before recommending next steps.

Discuss your visit
06 / FIND A WAY FORWARD

Refusals & status concerns

A careful review when your immigration journey becomes complicated: refusals, restoration, TRPs and procedural fairness responses.

Explore this service

We start with the decision, your timeline and the evidence. Restoration and temporary resident permits have different requirements. No remedy or approval is automatic, and urgent deadlines need individual review.

PERMANENT RESIDENCE / EXPLORE YOUR PATHWAY

Different routes.
One future in Canada.

Explore economic, community, family and business pathways. We help you understand how each option fits your circumstances.

PR / 01

Express Entry

Skilled-worker pathways

Explore the Canadian Experience Class, Federal Skilled Worker Program and Federal Skilled Trades Program.

Requirements & next steps

We review your education, language results and work experience, and help you understand your profile and invitation process. Meeting minimum eligibility does not guarantee an invitation.

Discuss this pathway
PR / 02

RCIP

Rural Community Immigration Pilot

A community-based PR pathway for skilled workers planning to settle in a participating rural community.

Requirements & next steps

A qualifying job offer from a designated employer and a community recommendation are central to the process. Candidate requirements and local priorities must also be met.

Discuss this pathway
PR / 03

FCIP

Francophone Community Immigration Pilot

A PR pathway for French-speaking skilled workers in participating Francophone-minority communities.

Requirements & next steps

We review French-language eligibility, a qualifying designated-employer job offer and community requirements. Community recommendation and federal eligibility are assessed separately.

Discuss this pathway
PR / 04

PNPs

Provincial Nominee Programs

Explore provincial and territorial pathways that reflect local labour needs and priorities.

Requirements & next steps

Streams may serve skilled workers, graduates or business candidates. Express Entry and non-Express Entry processes have different requirements. Intake and selection priorities vary; Quebec has a separate immigration system.

Discuss this pathway
PR / 05

AIP

Atlantic Immigration Program

A pathway for eligible skilled workers and Atlantic graduates settling in the four Atlantic provinces.

Requirements & next steps

The process involves a qualifying offer from a designated employer, settlement planning and provincial endorsement. We assess your profile alongside the requirements for your job and province.

Discuss this pathway
PR / 06

Family PR

Family sponsorship

Help eligible family members build a life together in Canada through permanent residence sponsorship.

Requirements & next steps

We review sponsorship for spouses, common-law or conjugal partners, dependent children and other eligible relatives. Sponsor eligibility, relationship evidence and financial obligations depend on the category. Parent and grandparent intake is subject to IRCC’s current rules.

Discuss this pathway
PR / 07

Entrepreneur PR

Build and operate a business

Explore provincial entrepreneur pathways for candidates with relevant business experience and resources.

Requirements & next steps

We assess your business background, proposed venture and settlement goals against the selected province’s current stream. Investment, net worth and active-management requirements differ. Some pathways require a work permit and successful business performance before nomination.

Discuss this pathway
PR / 08

Business PR streams

Explore business immigration options

Understand how available business immigration programs may fit your experience, venture and long-term plans.

Requirements & next steps

There is no single universal “Business PR” program. Buying a business or obtaining a business-related work permit does not automatically confer PR. We review the specific available provincial or federal route. IRCC currently lists the federal Start-up Visa and Self-employed Persons programs as paused; any transitional eligibility must be checked individually.

Discuss this pathway

Program information checked September 30, 2026. Intake, allocations and eligibility can change. A consultation reviews the rules applicable to your situation.

04 / YOUR QUESTIONS, ANSWERED

Clarity starts
with a question.

Have something more specific in mind?
Let's talk about your circumstances.

Speak with SN Coaching and Immigration
Can you guarantee my application will be approved?

No. Immigration decisions are made by the relevant Canadian authorities. We focus on assessing your options and preparing your file carefully, with honest expectations.

Can I get help if I am already in Canada?

Yes. Contact us about your current permit, expiry date and situation. Eligibility to apply from inside Canada depends on the application type and your circumstances.

What if my application has been refused?

Keep the refusal letter, application copy and supporting documents. We can review the reasons and discuss possible next steps. Deadlines and available remedies depend on your case.

What should I prepare for a consultation?

Have your immigration timeline, current status and expiry dates, any refusal letters, and your main questions ready. Please do not send passport numbers or sensitive documents through a general enquiry.

How are fees and services explained?

The scope of work, professional fees and payment arrangements are discussed before you proceed. Government fees and other third-party costs are identified separately.
