SNCISN COACHING AND IMMIGRATION

SNCI / CANADA-WIDE GUIDANCE

Provincial Nominee Programs

A provincial nomination plan needs to fit the province where you intend to live. SNCI helps you compare Provincial Nominee Program options with your employment, education and settlement goals.

Discuss your situation

What a PNP assessment covers

Provinces and territories set their own nomination requirements and annual allocations. A consultation considers the applicable stream, your background and the evidence needed for your circumstances. The nomination stage and the federal permanent residence stage are separate parts of the journey.

Ontario: OINP discussions

For clients interested in Ontario, we discuss the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) in the context of their occupation, education, employer situation and intended settlement. We check the relevant route and current intake rather than assuming that every Ontario worker or graduate qualifies.

Alberta: AAIP discussions

For Alberta, we discuss the Alberta Advantage Immigration Program (AAIP) alongside your employment history and connections to the province. Your current status, job duties and long-term plans help shape the questions that need to be resolved before moving forward.

British Columbia: BC PNP discussions

For British Columbia, we review how your profile relates to the BC Provincial Nominee Program. Employer information, occupation and the rules for the selected stream need careful attention. The existence of a stream does not mean it is accepting every type of candidate.

Other provinces and a genuine settlement plan

We also discuss other provincial routes, including Manitoba, where relevant to your plans. Some PNP routes use Express Entry and others follow a non-Express Entry process. A province should be a realistic destination for your life and work, not simply a name chosen for an application.

What to prepare for your consultation

  • Your intended province and reasons for settling there
  • Job title, duties, employer and employment dates
  • Education and language results
  • Details of study, work or family connections to the province

Keep sensitive identity documents out of your initial inquiry. Ask the team how to share any documents securely once the consultation is confirmed.
